About Us
Dorset Swim is a proud swim school based in Stalbridge, North Dorset, offering safe, fun, and progressive swimming lessons to both children and adults. With over 20 years of experience, we have helped many swimmers build confidence and perfect their strokes. Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about teaching and empowering our students to achieve their swimming goals. We believe that swimming is not only a valuable life skill, but also a fun and rewarding activity for people of all ages and abilities.
Meet Our Teachers
Terri started her swimming career in 2000 in South Africa with qualifications in Learn to Swim, Infant Swim and Aqua Aerobics. She is passionate about teaching and development and loves working in an environment that is fun but at the same time teaches valuable life saving skills.

Alex learned to swim at the age of 3 and has been passionate about water ever since. After volunteering as a swim teacher's assistant through the DofE programme, Alex went on to qualify as a swimming teacher at 16 and then started teaching independently at 18. Alex's other passion is scuba diving.

Ellie started volunteering as a poolside assistant through the DofE programme and went on to receive her Aquatic Helper Award. She is a valuable helper to the teachers and hopes to qualify as a swim teacher later this year.

Phoebe Perrett
Phoebe started volunteering as a poolside assistant through the DofE programme and went on to receive her Aquatic Helper Award. In her spare time, Phoebe enjoys horse riding, playing cricket and she also plays the violin.
